So open-ended, a I love that about this poem. The first five words set up the story, but the last opened up the situation. There's so many answers to that simple question, and I love the way that then it's the reader's job to wonder, to think about the reason behind the smile in her eyes. Really creative and original. Thanks for submitting this to my contest :)
