Lose 845 kilograms (not pounds or whatever else you may use). 845, not a kilo less not a kilo more (because if you go over by 1 kilo you’ll be dead. Start those early morning jogs and have fruit instead of chips. No deep-fried food, you’re on a strict diet of air (you’ll need it if you want to lose those kilos). Do not fall into the temptation of eating. Refrain people! Have fun. I’ll be one the sideline shouting ran fatso run.
