Castle in the CloudsA Poem by Tsukin ArchangelAnger and depression is my life
I live in a castle in the clouds
All pretty white cotton and golden streets Purity and Justice; embodiment of the finest A lovely place with a righteous King I live in a castle in the clouds There is no privacy in this KingdoM No room to say no No way to resist the power of our mighty Rulers For our greater good we will remain under their watchful eye I live in a castle in the clouds Animosity and hate can not exist There is no other way but that of the Queen's The King has long since passed Though it's doubtful he ever existed I live in a castle in the clouds Tears stream down my face Control and will; that which makes me human It is not here I live in a castle in the clouds Faint blood stains the ground Almost so light it is not even there A thing ignored, a thing forgotten A thing that can never be I live in a castle in the clouds The smell of Bleach and Ash tarnish the once crisp air A sickly sweet stench left behind As if Febreeze will make the flowers grow A fake remnant of what could be I live in a castle in the clouds I stand alone but not forgotten The High Priestess binds me at her feet Cackling before me Her rule is law Her law is life My life is hers I live in a castle in the clouds But nothing else is real
