Spider and a Fly..

just a story in a poetic way...

A spider saw a fly,

he called her to say hi!

Fly started to cry,

for she knew, she was in his eye.

She was his prey,

and he would eat her anyway.

She was in tear,

now everything was clear.

She was going to die,

this was her big fear.

She could she hell,

and hear death bell.

She wanted to be alive,

for she was just a child and her marriage was still to arrive.

With her teary eyes, she finally spoke,

she didn't want her life to be a joke.

She pleaded him not to kill,

But that spider was sitting still.

She asked him if he could feel,

Spider said," just chill! you are not my meal.

                  I am not heartless, 

                  i talked to you out of my fondness.

                  I've got a heart, i won't tear you apart.

                  Believe me! that was a matter of past,

                  lets forget it fast.

                  Can't you see my heart?

                   I bet you can, because you are very smart."

Hearing his kind words, she thought he was pure,

and she should befriend him for sure.

She went to him but he tore her apart,

smilingly he said killing is a true art!

first thing, the natural rhythm of the poem is superb.... second, a simple poem abt fly and spider but very meaningful in other different contexts.. Like the picture i got was of an innocent child cheated into rape... Diff people can come up with diff views.. That is the beauty of such powerful, simple, meaningful poetry... Good job..
