Dandelion

Dandelion

A Poem by Emma Raether
"

A random lil' pong(poem/song) about a dandelion. Not my best...

"

Every dandelion seed
Is like a little wish
Floating about
Exploring the world
Like a little fish

When will she settle down?
When will she figure out?
That one day
She will be loved too

Oooh…

Dandelion, drift away
Live to learn
Learn to love
Little dandelion fluff
Don’t be afraid
Just be brave

Life’s just a game
You don’t know how to play
Give it a little time
You’ll learn the right moves
The right things to say

Little dandelion
Don’t let them catch you
Don’t their words drag you down
You need to find your place
So you can grow
Fit into the shoes
God has prepared for you

Take my words to heart
Just be true to yourself
And follow your heart
Little dandelion
Don’t be afraid!

Oh my goodness. I absolutely loved this! It was simply beautiful. I never would have dreamed of comparing dandelion fluff to a person. Wonderful. :D
