Flower Arrangement

Flower Arrangement

A Poem by arcandon

i want you to keep the rose

you can always keep the stem, it couldn't wilt

and maybe we'll propose

in front of all of them

it's a simple life, I was a pilot

I had a passive role

a passenger, a teenage passenger, compact and silent for a stranger, with lilacs in her soil, mouth cross

sweetened in the spot they almost never look for

in her eyes

the rose, it was too sad, isn't that?

i just want you to go through with your engagement

no matter what it is

in my imagination and you would never have to go

it's not surprising

but do you really want to know?

the stem, after all, it claimed the whole entire blossom just out of reach of danger

it calmed the pain inside of me and very deep it searched

my whole entire body

made my petal with a drop

between just you and me

i could close and you could open

and you can hum and i can listen

and we both could blossom from here to there

or just right here

it's the best way

   that kind of flower arrangement.
