Richest Man AliveA Poem by DravenDrink a juice, yeah, and tell some jokes. Throw in the cards and sing with butchered notes. Sit by the fire for a while when we let it go. This is our life. Yeah, we're living it. We're the best of friends.
I never thought it could last this long. The best of things just move on and you're left with nothing. I enjoyed my time and if I had a dime for every time I laughed I'd be the richest man alive.
The summer starts, time to play some games. In the morning we will feel like kings. Spending nights, fire fights, eating all the food we like. This is our life. Yeah, we're living it. We're the best of friends.
I never thought it could last this long. The best of things just move on and you're left with nothing. I enjoyed my time and if I had a dime for every time I laughed I'd be the richest man alive.
D&D, clashing swords, wretsling until we're sore. Argueing, being friends. It felt like it would never end. It felt like it would never end.
I never thought it could last this long. The best of things just move on and you're left with nothing. I enjoyed my time and if I had a dime for every time I laughed I'd be the richest man alive. © 2013 DravenAuthor's Note
