COLLISION OF STARS

COLLISION OF STARS

A Poem by Celestial
"

The very first poem I wrote this year.

"

Stars twinkle late at night,

Twinkle brightly, sometimes dimly.

We may not see them every night,

But they are just hiding behind the clouds.

We are stars in space that collide,

Forming Supernova in the sky;

Not all stars are in luminous light;

One star is dark, and others make it bright.

If one star loses its light,

Other stars are there to guide.

If one star undergoes explosion,

Others are there to help it overcome the situation.

Explosions and black holes are always there,

Ready to destruct stars in any way;

In every wound, a star should mend;

By doing so, a brighter star will shine in the end.

Thank you Dawn:))
This is a well-crafted extended metaphor where you describe stars but the underlying meaning suggests this to be true for friendships, too. You come up with many scenes with strong imagery to show us the different ways stars get along . . . maybe as an encouragement for humans to get along . . . your poem imparts an invitation (((HUGS))) fondly, Margie

Thank you Margie for your kind words. They are so much appreciated :)
You engage me long enough to read the entirety of this write...great starter with this work...keep them coming into light...stars...yet what we see is the past coming forth over light years for us to ponder them...
