Rest assured that in this time of strife
There is something positive in your life
For above the dark clouds that rain upon you
There is a sky above it that is pure and blue
With the sun shining down its warm bright light
It can tear away your troubles and your endless dark nights
Remember this when you're standing in the rain
Look up to the sky, release all shame
Visualize the light and the depth of the blue
Feeling the warmth let your spirit renew
Hold on to that feeling and hold on to it TIGHT!
Always, ALWAYS, seek a way out of your darkness
And into your light.
