Color the World

Color the World

A Poem by AprilRivers12

Defining the world we live in,

giving things a shot of life.

Being like music to the eyes,

perfecting the value of the sunset.

Raining down like drops of snow,

labeling the skin.

Red, Orange, Black, White.

Can you smell the colors all around?

Stop to see it illuminate the sun,

exposing the world to your blind eyes.

Crashing the seasons together until they choose a side,

creating a painted canvas of weather.

Each gives off a different touch,

they all whisper a different song.

Yellow, blue, red, green.

Can you taste the colors on your tongue?
