Glow Stars

Glow Stars

A Poem by April Child
"

It's old, no-one left me!

"

What to do at  2am

when your love

has left you.

Stick glow stars on

the ceiling whilst

humming “fly me

to the moon”

Lie back looking

at the night sky

and cry…

Beautiful in a simple way. I love the scene you have created here. Bittersweet in a way.

Well, at 2:00 am awake and alone, I write, or try to, but the snapshot you give here is much more interesting. Thank you for sharing.
