Black Sand

Black Sand

A Poem by APoetsMuse
"

love

"

You winked at me. I smiled back,

Your confidence was strong, you didn’t lack.

You caught me with one look, and with that my heart you stole,

Who would have thought after so many years my feelings would still grow.

You hold me tight and tell me you care,

When I'm with you my soul becomes bare.

I caress your body and show you I'm here,

The vision of you and I becomes crystal clear.

So guide my hand through your seductive land,

Like a walk through your black, pebbled, beach sand.

Help me remember how to smile,

You’ll be the teacher and I'll be the child.

Your heart is good,

And I understood.

Life is better now that you’re in mine,

So please don't think that I'll waste your time.
