The Prize

A Poem by APoetsMuse

That sexy smile on your beautiful face,

The soft look of velvet and lace.

Although we are not near, I am not to far.

Just close your eyes and look up to the stars.

Take me close into your heart,

Where I belonged from the start.

Silent nights holding you tight,

Sharing my life,

Cause your worth the fight.

Trust in me, and all that I am,

Keeping you warm like Miami sand.

Feel my thunder,

Pulling you under.

Making you wish you knew control,

This feeling you will always know.

So don't be shy,

I won't ask why.

Just claim your prize,

And start this ride.
