In life sometimes things don’t stay the same,
Lives separate and there’s no one to blame.
You’re the best of friends one day,
But soon forget the right words to say.
As inseparable as we were before,
You became this friend I never saw.
These days your image seems like a blur,
Please never forget the person you were.
Your time is spent with another friend,
So I wont waste time or try to mend.
This great bond we once had,
I want to move on and not be sad.
But your presence will be so very missed,
I will keep our memories and reminisce.
We shared many years but now that is done,
I’ll will always think back to days of much fun.

Maybe it's just because I can relate very well to it.
But, I thought it was impecable wording.
Sadly we do loose friendships with no worning.
I can see your trying to find the bright side though.
Which is good, one day you'll be sad and think back to those days.
They will make you laugh harder then anything in the world and you forget why you were sad.
It makes the begining pain when you first drifted worth it almost.
