soul, break up, cry

The time has come to wake up and see his lies,
No more wondering if he will notice your cries.
Happy one day then sad the next,
No need to stay for pointless sex.
Many nights you talk while he screams,
Now years later he's more then what was seen.
Faithful you are to a man who could careless,
Never nice to you, or ever at his best.
There’s nothing you do that makes him happy,
Yet you keep trying and hurting so badly.
Remember the first time he cheated on you,
How clueless you thought that he was being true.
Devotion and strength is what you gave,
Yet in the end it won't be enough to save.
A relationship based on sex and abuse,
You should take a stand and call it a truce.
Cause with a smile on his face he will break your spirit,
While you plea with a man who will never hear it.
So hear his hurtful words and feel his anger,
Breaking you down and making you sadder.
He will take all you have and hurt your pride,
While causing damage to your fragile mind.
What you lost in him you won't need to regain,
So get out now while your still sane.
