Footprints in the Sand

Step one foot closer,

Reach out, take my hand.

Come walk with me,

And trace our footsteps in the sand.

Stepping in harmonious unison,

Where each step I take, you follow,

Making our mark in the sands,

So that the world may now know

Let each grain filter through,

And never let us grow tired.

Just keep walking side by side,

To satisfy our mutual desire

Each step we take together,

The closer I grow to you.

I never want this to end,

I wouldn't know what to do.
