Storied Mind

Storied Mind

A Poem by Anthony

My mind listlessly rattles,
These continuous thoughts,
I can't help but smile,
As you fill my mind.

Your smile, Your blush,
And my mind is but mush.
Your face, your hair,
I can do not, but stare.

You have a hidden depth,
Your personality is grand,
As I reach out,
To take your hand.

Might we go off together,
To write a new story,
One not of star-crossed love,
But a life of humble bliss.
