Turmoil

Turmoil

A Poem by Anthony

To hear that I belong,
Yet feel not as so.
You show not that,
I am a part of your life,
Though you say as such.

To feel as I do,
Though I have not a clue,
You cause such emotion,
And an utter devotion.

Though I know not your caress,
My mind is but a mess.
Though I know not your kiss,
I have moments of bliss.
Though I know not your embrace,
You are all that I chase.

That I miss you so much,
That it feels as a torture.
I wish to talk more,
That my mind might adore,
Rather than worry,
Or to be sorry.

My mind is in turmoil,
As I await your reply,
Moments such as these,
Are my only doubt.

For I choose to endure,
For you are much more than a lure,
You have earned this much,
My heart tells me as such.

I shall wait til our date,
As it shall display...
Our Fate.
