Words help me

Words give the much required relief

When I feel dejected,

When I think myself as useless,

When world seems to be an unknown place to live in,

When everyone seems to be stranger,'

When I feel like a lone ranger,

Words save me then,

I use them to express,

To spell out the grudges I have,

Words help me purge,

I may write a random useless stuff,

But even that helps,

Helps to get away from all the negativity that surround,

Words help me get back to the world,

With clear thoughts,

I am thankful to the words,

For all the relief they gave,

My life would have been hell without them.

This read to me like Kipling at the beginning (specifically the poem 'If') Anurag, which I love.

"When world seems to be an unknown place to live in" - this will resonate with so many on here, I feel.

Just one little thing - "Would you consider using 'that' instead of 'it' in line 11?

Thank you for your kind input... yes I agree "that" should be there instead of "it"... actually i just write with the flow...and dont edit it... it hardly takes 2-3 minutes to pen down a poem from a random thought.... but thank you anyway for your input :)
