This reminded me of when my father died (I was 25, he was 50). The sadness of losing someone you still love is unbearable. You have a remarkable talent in making the reader identify emotions with your writing. Please keep sharing.
Perhaps, this a dream.? Either way, it's crystal clear with no other forms of ambiguity. It seems as if, a woman has lost her lover; leaving her in a deeply saddened state. If prolonged, it can sometimes bring about depression or other symptoms. Whoever this woman is missing, it seems to have shattered her soul; striking at her very essence of womanhood perhaps? Assuming that it's over a former lover, perhaps she misses being embraced by his strong arms? Perhaps, the end of romantic conversation; and no more tender - passionate kisses from him? And, no more f*****g until she's satisfied? Thankyou for sharing.

The rhyming scheme which seems to fall unevenly throughout really fits, so does the feeling of being lost that the speaker portrays. Especially with the speaker saying "I can hardly see beyond my tears", lovely piece which is short and sweet, yet has various different meanings scattered through.
