The Blind Villian

The Blind Villian

A Poem by glasswindow

No creature as foul as she could be allowed to roam these hallowed halls
Spewing tales in the form of poems later proven false
Each word as toxic and detrimental to life as the last
I plucked out my eyes in hopes would never have to see her again

my struggle to cut every connection, live life as a blind villain
I deafened my ears so I wont have to hear her call my name
each tale fell onto deaf ears, every word and breath...wasted!
The years passed each easier then the last
But this short lived victory as sweet as it might be could not last
Unfortunately, I couldn't escape the past
And now shadow has fallen over this moment
time is the album that keeps skipping

in consequence once again I want no sight and no sounds
petrified with whom I see ,I'm sinking
into the abysmal darkness

Searching with desperation for a out
Strolling across the way she spots me
A chill consumes the room, oh no its you again!
No creature as foul as she could be allowed to roam this place
Spewing tales in the form of poems once again proven false
but these words lack the toxicity they once had in the past
Not nearly as detrimental has they once were
With time even monsters change.
