Chasing Crocodiles

A story for a competition where the words all had to start with the same letter.

 

Christopher Columbus carefully chases crocodiles, carrying credible cardigans.  Can Christine catch Christopher, considering choosing correct coconuts could considerably crush crayfish?

 

Conversely, candles can't climb chairs creating crunchy chocolate. 

 

Colourful creatures cause confusion, coolly concentrating chemistry.
