Teen Love

Teen Love

A Poem by Melissa
"

for a contest

"

Being a band geek doesn’t mean you’re ugly,
After all I am the one being held in his arms snugly.
He is a band geek too,
And girls follow him but he is stuck to me like glue.

Trumpet player and clarinet,
It was through band that we met.
Band member have a certain bond,
Much like the leaves of a frond.

Through thick and thin,
Together we’ve always been.
Our love is strong,
And I think it will last long.
