Live life to the fullest;

Live life to the fullest;

A Poem by Rama Masri
"

Summer is here, but where is the the fun and cheer?

"
Look at the beach so glorious so clean,
Open your window and see the fields all wide and green,
Playing in the park with all the kids and teens,
Summer is here so be a king or a queen.

Maybe go for a walk or maybe a swim,
Dance to the music and the rhythm,
Live your life as if it were a mission,
Go the mile go the distance.

You never know when the end is near,
So listen closely you might even hear,
The winds blowing in the ocean breeze,
Walking on the sand between your feet.

Take a roadtrip through town,
Wear the sun like a crown,
Turn that frown upside down,
Live your life as if it were the final countdown.

Your piece aptly describes how one can partake in many of life's grand pleasures. I admire the rhyme scheme in your poem. Especially, the element of slant rhyme.
