Dearest Love

 I met you that evening

You appeared of great heart

your love seemed so appealing

And of something new it was the start.

On our way towards Happiness

We never know what to expect

My Heart found you within its nothingness

And with all my soul I desire it’s correct.

My heart becomes a living flame

And my soul gives out joy

Remember Love isn’t a game

And my heart is not a toy.

+

Maybe I’m just fearing

But I don’t want to get hurt

Tell me if you’re hearing

Because my heart’s about to spurt.

+

Walking away you go

And I begin to feel the pain

Walking without stop

But I know we’ll meet again

+

I never thought I could sense this

Falling in headlong love

To someone I just met, miss

And cry when you’re gone.
