Chain of Thoughts

The mere thought of you
Made it all melt away
Anger
Fear
Sadness
And sent a chill down my spine
But now
The mere thought of you
Brings it all back
Anger
Fear
Sadness
And sends a shock through my heart
I used to think that "me" could be made "we"
But then I realized
There is no "we"
In "lonesome"
There is only "me"
