With evil on her mind

With evil on her mind

A Poem by Inkcognito
"

She...the devil's daughter...

"

Hear the devil’s laughter echoing

alluringly from the raspy depths

of her beautiful throat

dressed in dazzling jewels

intended to draw you ever closer

enticing, beckoning your touch

See hell’s vengeful fires taunting

smoking, snaking in her molten eyes

putting a spell on your mind

putting a spell on your heart

willing you into believing

her cunningly contrived intentions

Smell the sick vile odor wafting

from her smooth, yet acrid breath

so sweetly disguised in aromas

of fresh minty kisses, innocent smiles

an easy way to claim your soul

reaping what does not belong to her

Sense her scented yet malignant aura

reaching out to ensnare you

permeating your skin, hair, soul

enveloping your imagination

preparing for your impending doom

imprisoning your dreams, your thoughts

Feel her fallacious heated touch

beguiling, longing, wanting, alluring

pulling you ever closer towards her

enraptured by her bewitching song

she burns your flesh and

feeds from your blood

Know her fraudulent ways

so merciless in pretence

be warned of her malicious

unscrupulous vindictive plots

ever so illusive in deceitful simulation

do not fall victim to her vengeful ferocious feast

for no-one will ever find you

when dry bones remain

She is perfect …

Perfect in duplicity

this is amazing! the incredible lure of destruction! the sirens call leading all to death! we can't resist! it's so pleasing...wonderful; the allure is too much to ever resist. how can anyone taste the sweet fruits of the devil and walk away! so sooo tempting, but "perfect in duplicity." the devil will be your end! wonderful write!!!

Nicely crafted Ink.. love your use of language, a true wordsmith.. I enjoyed the imagery, it drew me in, and drew me closer to this evil tart.

Your descriptions of things are nice, but I'm not sure if I "get" the point (or lack of point) of the poem.

devious devil's daughter... I took shots, painful ones at the time, but now I'm immune.
