Very nice use of words. I need a Summer day. Winter is holding on. I like the early morning in all seasons. Quiet morning, coffee and some silence. Needed. Thank you Anne for sharing the amazing poetry.

I don't mind being lost in thought sometimes. I think when it comes to writing, somehow it shows up later in a poem. It ruminates and builds, then, an idea or a line shows up. At least, that's the way it happens with me.

When I smoke too much grass I become content with my lack of motivation to follow through with any type of inspiration I might have had... so... it's kinda sorta close?

Ooh, is this a haiku, or senryu? Either way, beautiful imagery! I find that it's difficult to write haiku, senryu, and similar poetry forms well, since you're limited to so few syllables. Yet, you pulled it off.
