My Angel

My Angel

A Poem by Echo Nightfield

I stand in wonder,
I kneel in prayer,
I cry in happiness,
I sigh in bliss,
I scream in frusteration...
I stand in anger only to melt in your arms,
I fall and kneel to get up when you hold out your hand,
I shake my head in fear, but then you take my breath away with your kisses,
All this from someone I never thought would come about,
What a blessing to have my own guardian angel

I try to change my writing to cover a vast range, I don't like being stuck in one kind of style. Thank you for the reviews

Thank you all for taking the time to read my poetry, it really brightens my day that I'm not the only one who enjoys my writing.

I love helpful hints and examples so that I may better myself and my writing.

But most of all I really feel like many people can't really connect to my poetry, but you guys have shown me that I was in the wrong mind set. Thank you for the uplift.
