Lovely Day

...this is my attempt at a poem not sad :) i hope i did good...doubt it, it's probably crappy...hope you enjoy it though

The warm sensation from the suns rays.

I have never felt anything like it in all my days.

The feeling of my feet in soft, green grass.

The look of colors from a window with stained glass.

Butterflies gliding through the summer air.

I wish to feel you warm embrace, that holds much love and care.

Children singing in the flowers.

I could be here for many hours.

A cooling feeling from a gentle breeze,

 it's not cold enough actually to freeze.

In this dream we all enjoy,

 everyone is filled with unending joy.

If you look up, beautiful skies.

In this world, no one dies.

In this scene, there is no fear.

I only wish that you were here.
