Maybe it's just me

Maybe it's just me, maybe I'm overreacting, maybe the pain that I feel is fake, but how can it feel so real?

Maybe it's just in my head, all the tension, and all the ' I'm worthless' s**t, but why do I always reel?

Maybe it's just my heart, it's trying so damn hard to recover from the illness, but, maybe it isn't even real.

Maybe it's just me......
