My Mistake

My Mistake

A Poem by ~Anita Sandlin~

Baby, I love you with every breath
I take, and I promise that my words are not fake.
You are the one that gets me hot enough to bake a cake, and when you're near we make the earth rattle and shake which causes an earthquake.
I lay awake day after day, night after night with one hellava heartache
caused by a very big mistake. If I could, I would undo everything that made you boo-hoo, for there isn't anything I wouldn't do to keep you from being blue cause
you're my one and only you.
Baby, I love you with every breath I take, and without you my heart continues to break. I am so sorry for the mistake I did make.
