What a shame

What a shame

A Poem by louise

Lost in anarchy
to save her vanity.
What a shame
no one saw
the outlaw.

The asymmetric teeth
(who cared what lay underneath),
the frizzy hair
(but no questionnaire)
as no one saw
the girl who was the eye-sore.

Concrete visions
of joyful ambitions
yet halfway mediocre.
What a shame
no one saw

the girl on the see-saw.
Invisibility,
ultimately, her enemy.

What a shame
no one saw
the beauty of this girl's galore.

Lost in silent abhorerrence
of twisted contortions
What a shame
no one saw
this girl's chainsaw.
