YIN/YANG

YIN/YANG

A Poem by Ani Ashford
"

Not just a love poem,but how nature or love can reflect what we call 'dark' or 'light'.Often we define dark evil, light good,when it is just a state of being, of gestation in nature.In love we can merge with another soul.In nature,nothing stays the same.

"

Endless circle,

Light and Dark

married in the twilight

of the morn and night.

There is no line to mark

where union’s glowing

fingers intertwine;

Radiance, in between the stars,

is born,

then dies.

Velvet darkness;

Indigo enfolds the living Earth,

paradox embraced,

with soft sighs

and murmurings

of promise.

Paradox Embraced - what a beautiful combination of words. It conjures up a myriad of thoughts and images. Your creative imagination is inspiring. The endless continuum of life embodies innate wisdom but this can only be achieved if we have balance. This beautiful poem has achieved a balance that is profound and awe inspiring. I believe I just felt the earth move on its axis. When we share words of wisdom and beauty such as the ones in your
radiant poem we begin to change the worlds paradigm. To write so eloquently is to empower. Well done.

ooo... I like this. I can feel the indigo blanket wrap around me and i feel the union and the whole of all!
Wonderful words!
If only more of humanity could feel this common bond!
I think things would be much happier on our planet.
Good Writing! :)
