Life and death hold handsA Poem by ThisismythearpyJust something about the relationship between life and death.
Life and death Are hand in hand
Waiting for an end Of the mortal man
Life tells you to climb The highest peaks Telling you of promises She will not keep
As death slowly stalks Waiting for you to fall Off the trail of life So he may take it all
Away from you
A partnership of divinity In an endless cycle for eternity Friends who seem like enemies An old art living to modernity
Eternal light Through perpetual darkness
Day of life Dark of death
