Tobacco Pipe

Tobacco Pipe

A Poem by Thisismythearpy
"

Based on this weird daydream I had. I don't remember much from writing this besides being half asleep.

"

Sitting outside smoking a pipe

Watching the smoke wave and curl

I swore I would quit smoking

The musty tobacco burns with a calming glow

As I slowly smoke

I don’t know why I do this to myself

This isn’t good for my health

Of course the stuff that’s happened to be isn’t good for it either

So I continue

Every cloud of smoke

I see shapes within

Shapes of who and what was lost

That caused me to start this
