Silence is

Humans need a sharing lesson....

Lone hollow branches

They scratch at my

soul, When crickets emerge

To play their part at

The midnight hour

Stillness dissolves, when

Day fades to night

Creatures come out

Contribute a token

Emerge from a slumber

The silence it echoes

Falls from the stars

They all come together

Carnivals, Festivals a rise

To celebrate the time

Silence takes over the sky

Humans decide to close their eyes

To dream and rest in their lies

That pure sound of nothing

Is the earth smiling a loud

Shedding no tears, while taking

control, When all falls quiet 

Allows all life to come from hiding

Who ever said silence is empty

Must have been human

Failing to see the world at night

Cured of disease 

When humans asleep
