Pushing me away

This is a poem I wrote about the one you love pushing you away

You are pushing me away further each night,further and further each day.

You never listen,never agree you never notice me.

When Im around you dont laugh,you dont smile.

You are pushing me a extra mile. You have gto the key to my heart,

but i have lost the keys to yours. Dont push me away,open your doors.

 

You dont look me in the eyes cant you hear my despirate cries?

You have lost all trust and love you have given me one last shove.

Having said as much as I could I thought you would pull me back.

I hoped you would.

But you didnt you left me to decay you have finally pushed me away.

Feeling unappreciated by a loved one is horrible, but, at some point, we've gotta sever our ties. Why think about them if they don't think about us? I think it's best to leave those who left us long ago. Great poem.
