Shades.

Shades.

A Poem by Angeliki Largatzis

Color me red
Paint me indigo,
Dye me in all the hues
Dampened by your blues -

Stain my soul
In the ink of your black,
Shade my eyes grey
In the absence of my light.

Color me beige
Paint me violet,
Dye me in all the hues
Darkened by your hate.

This is poetry dear Angeliki.
"Stain my soul
In the ink of your black,
Shade my eyes grey
In the absence of my light"
I loved the above lines. I could write a epic tale from. We can be many things, be many colors. Life is a steady lesson to find safe place. Thank you dear poet for sharing the amazing poetry.

...and know my tears are for
the moments we no longer have
to share who we no longer are
...together.
