Finding Joy

Finding Joy

A Poem by Tiffany the Pyro
"

Man! I was so freaking depressed then.

Finding Joy

What is the key to happiness?
If you know then do tell
Show me where the joy lies
In this dark, dreary world
I believe it is extinct
Lost forever to us all
Sucked away by the darkness
Where did it all go
I fear I shall never know
Is it in the love we feel?
Or in the laughter we share?
Or maybe in our own smiles?
If that is the case
Then I fear I shall
Never again feel that warmth
It is all cold now
Cold as the Arctic Pole
Cold as winter in Alaska
Oh how I miss the warmth
Living life to the fulleset I could
Alas I fear that shall never be
For I am a lonely buffoon
Destined to live alone if at all
The darkness has finally appeared
Snuffing out my soul like a candle
Goodbye, my friend.
