I am sorry I let you down again

I was foolish and let someone in

It can be just me and you

I thought we had true friends

But I was wrong

And misjudged them

Your poetry seems very personal. I always enjoying reading something where it seems the writer has invested their self in the piece. I also appreciated the even spacing of the passages intertwined with an occasional rhyme.
