That no matter what, your afraid to say how you really feel

That it hurts when they ignore you

How to do you tell someone

That after an argument you have to sit around waiting for them to acknowledge you

That they are hurting you more than they know

How do you tell someone

That doing what you want all the time hurts me

 

How do you tell someone

That your frusterated with all this

How do you tell someone

The truth yet they don't want to really hear it.

That they are really the problem...not you

Thank you for the review and the construction, I pretty much wrote this off of pure emotion, which I'm kind of running on right now. A lot of fire to get out but I definitely will remember that and I will fix it :)

I did really like the concept behind this. Quite personal, and it can easily be related to by any reader. Constructively, I'd say work on the second sequence, because the last line is a bit too long to match with the rest of the poem.
