Lonely

I look around

Seeing everyone with someone

Yet here I am

With no one

 

Tears form in my eyes

Like cold dropplets of rain

Falling down

My cheeks

 

I too wish I had someone

Someone to hold

Someone to care for

Someone to love

 

I too wish I had someone

Who can love me for me

Who can't wait to spend

Every moment with me

 

Yes I maybe an angel

But even this angel gets lonely too

I wish I wasn't lonely

For I have love to give too

Very well worded poem. It really captures your feelings. I to know the feeling . Especially when you are in a room full of people seeing the differant ones together and you feel so alone when you are surrounded by people.
