Dream Beyond the grave

Dream Beyond the grave

A Poem by Brandon Jursich
"

Out of context I hope this one still paints a beautiful picture beyond death and insanity that this world reminds us we have created most of our worst monsters but we can still find visionary beauty

"
(I Don't want to lose you because of what I become beyond my control. Take my hand as I pull you into the shadows , would you not be fine with being just as miserable as I am so that we can exist on the same wavelength and never be alone. Why can't life just be a dream , you can have your beautiful ocean paired to the roar of a busy city highway every moment . I will keep a smile on my face and their wont be any madness hidden beneath it , no hidden trails leading to another person's misery in order to sedate my own . Don't you want to be able to touch me and feel warmth ,hope and comfort instead of the cold empty husk of a soulless corpse . It's already too late...life is not a dream and I'm already dead, I have been without you since their was fresh dust upon my lifeless body and a miniscule light of hope still shining. But could it really be that the flowers that have been resting on my grave belong to your soul and you stand over me everyday wishing we were still in a dream .)
