Just You And Me

Just You And Me

A Poem by AngelAfterlife

Laying in bed in
yours arms sleeping
Wrapped in your
warmth dreaming
Your hands caressing my
body as I open my eyes
Your lips upon mine
I hope this isn't a lie.
As I kiss you my heart
starts to speed.
If I was to choose a sin
it would have to be greed.
As our bodies are entwined
I feel your breath
just for now I can
think nothing of death.
as we get up you
pull me back down.
You ask me to be your wife
in a flowing white gown.
As I smile
and shed a tear
I feel no fear.
I kiss your lips
and hug you tight.
I cant wait for our love to take flight.
