No Regrets?

No Regrets?

A Poem by Angelus Fortitudo

I touch both hands to the glass
As I watch the colors fade to gray
The present becomes my past
And it all just fades away

The tears don't matter anymore
My heart is slowly falling apart
Even though you say I'm not just a w***e
It's like I'm dying from a poisoned dart

I want my yesterday to become today
So I don't repeat the past
If I could throw it all away
I'd give it up in a blast

But that's a lie
I am who I am because of my pain
The memories and emotions are all tied
And I wouldn't change any of it for the world.

Hm. You have talent, I see it through the concept; but you should polish it more. Anyhow, those are my thoughts, not even worth two cents. Fascinating concept.
