Alaska blue - Opening

Alaska blue - Opening

A Chapter by Angel Bird
"

A fictional story about a man falling in love with a woman on a billboard, and pursuing his chances to find her.

"

The moment I laid eyes on her for the first time, I knew, I'd never be the same again. She took my breath away... a being as innocent and beautiful like I had never seen ever before. Long fair hair, alabaster skin, and eyes, blue as a reflecting iceberg in Alaska under water... magnetizing...call me crazy or call me true... I could see hundreds of angels smile at me in these beautiful translucent pools on this old, and practically destroyed beyond repair billboard advertising on the concrete column, and while drowning in her Alaska blue, it hit me full force when I realised that I needed to find her.

Good flow of words. Great description and 'feeling' or mood setting. I would suggest put one single period magnetizing and start a new sentence and then a comma after true. Then another period after advertising. It makes it even more clear what you are saying but also the feeling behind the words, because you get a pause.

What an intriguing write! There is that hint of fairy tale, mingled with the reality of discovery and searching... Brilliant beginnings to be sure!

Glad to see you've begun a book form... it's an interesting premise this looking for a poster picture. Looking forward to reading its progressions.
