Bullying and Cyberbullying

I made this poem years ago. I'm still scared from being bullied and cyberbullied years ago. Trying to let it go. Almost letting go.

Some people just don’t want to let go and move on.

Some don’t even care.

Some just like to bring you down and ruin your life.

Bullying is a real big thing and it’s worse nowadays.

It’s very challenging to stop.

It’s very difficult to put an end to it.

You can’t really run from bullying and cyberbullying.

And ignoring makes it worse.

I wish bullying wasn't a thing.

I wish there was no such thing as bullying and cyberbullying.

I’ve been bullied and harassed all my life and it is still happening.

I want it to stop.

No matter how many times I report and block him he always makes a whole new account and starts it all over again.

Every time he does that I keep my comments and messages to myself.

I then just report and block him, but that doesn’t even help.

Just yesterday I deactivated my account because I had enough and dealt with it long enough.

Sometimes I pray for him even though it won’t do anything.

I just want him to stop and leave me alone, but he won’t no matter what. 

Bullying and cyberbullying is the worst and so hard to deal with.

I wish there was no bullying or cyberbullying.

The world would be a little better without it.

I agree, cyber bullying and bullying is an issue that does harm to so many people. If it wasnt a thing in the first place, the world would have been a little bit better. Its clear the man in the poem seems to be harrasing this person online by creating new profiles after being blocked on the new ones. Is this based on a real event? If so, the person should look into telling someone they trust about it because thus sounds as harrasment not really bullying i dont think. Either way, harassment and bullying of any kind isnt needed in this world. It creates harm and danger to everyone.

It is of me. A guy kept doing that to me. It broke me the last time he messaged me. I deactivating my facebook and stayed away for a very long time.

I am so sorry to hear that. I feel that this is harrassment, not bullying then but maybe the two overlap each other in a way. I wish you would have told someone about this instead of keeping the comments and messages to yourself. Someone you trust could have assisted in finding a solution. My only hope is that, this person stopped doing this to you. No one deserves to be treated like this

I showed my mom but not much she could do. She messaged him back telling him to stop but he started to harass her back. I wanted to tell police but i never printed the messages off. Luckily i think he stopped. He hasn’t bothered me since. Thankfully.

Jee that's tough. I honestly wish those social media platforms could do something more than you just reporting a profile. I wish you could just report the person as a whole or I don't know but that's horrible he just starts harassing your mom too. If this was something like, he goes to the same school or place as you, then you could could gotten a higher-up involved . I'm glad that he stopped though, that's scary

Ya. The sad thing is i did go to school with him. Every time i reported him to teachers or principal all they said was “ignore him.” Thats the worse advice to give. That does not work or help. But ya luckily he hasn’t bothered me since. Thank god. Ya social media sucks with helping people who are getting harassed and bullied.

Yeah i feel the school should have investigated more as its their job to report these type of things
