Hearing Your Heartbeat

I do not have anyone in my life but I came up with this poem for some strange reason.

With my head on your chest I can hear your lovely heartbeat.

I love being able to listen to your heart.

Whenever I hear your heartbeat it reminds me that you’re alive and breathing.

Listening to your heart makes me so happy.

It reminds me that you’re really here.

It tells me that you’re not a dream or fantasy.

It lets me know that you’re here in flesh and blood.

I love laying on you so I can hear your beautiful heart.

It’s so comforting to know you’re right here by my side.
