Hopeless

I made this poem a long time ago. I was a real mess in 2009 to 2011.

I can’t get that picture of you and her out of my head.

The way you looked at her;

You looked so happy.

You looked like you were in love with her.

I wish to be her.

The way you looked at her, i want you to look at me like that.

It hurts so bad.

I want to cry.

I wanna hide under my covers and never come out.

I hate my life and the world I’m in.

Everything is hopeless now.

I feel so hopeless.

My heart is hopeless.

Love feels so hopeless to me now.

Hm, the color of the font helps depict the depressive and seemingly hopeless nature of the poem and it works well. Hopelessness is an all too common emotion nowadays. This sounds like an unrequited love, which is a very painful thing to deal with.
